Safeguard the maximum possible system pressure being within the limits of the valve and
connecting pipes and by no means beyond those.

Regulate the pressure of your air supply before releasing to the valve.
Attention!!!
Excessive pressure values are dangerous: DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
There are several possibilities to supply the valve with media.
8.4.1. Cartridge
The cartridge MDX-CC consists of several components.
We offer the cartridge locking pin to close and store an open cartridge.

8.4.2. Pressure tank
The pressure tank is suited for keeping big mass of dispensing medium

8.5. Shut down
To shut down MDS 30xxA, follow the steps in the correct order.
Step 1: Finish all dispensing processes.
Step 2: Reduce the dispense pressure at the cartridge respectively at the media supply
down to ambient pressure (remove air).
Step 3: Afterwards you can turn off the power supply at the control unit.
Now the valve can for example be demounted.
