8.6. Mounting and demounting the valve
In case the Micro Dispensing System has not been pre-mounted at VERMES Microdispensing or
for the exchange of a fluid box, please follow the steps in the next paragraph:
(Details for the use of SERTO- and SWAGELOK systems are found in the appendix)
8.6.1. Removal of fluid box (if applicable)
Make sure, that the Micro Dispensing System is completely turned off
Remove dispensing fluid supplies (cartridge, tank)
Unscrew the two socket head cap screws, which connect the fluid box to the actuator.
Remove the remaining fluid by carefully detaching it parallel to the tappet and away
from the actuator. You must not tilt the fluid box (Attention: the protruded tappet is
severely sensitive and can break easily when not treated with care!). If necessary,
please use our tappet guard.
8.6.2. Mounting of the fluid box (e.g. MDF 3070-CC) (if applicable)
Mount fluid box MDF 3070-CC in reverse order to 8.6.1. (Please consider that tappet sealing and
