6.3. Special features MDV 3010A/MDV 3020A
6.3.1. Normally closed
In static condition the valve is closed. No uncontrolled leaking of dispensing medium.
6.3.2. Quick-Change
The fast adjustment of the nozzle orifice allows a quick change. The exact position of the new
nozzle insert is controlled by reliable electronics.
6.3.3. Null-set dispensing
Dispensing without medium (inflow disconnected) leads to stronger wearing, mainly of the nozzle
insert. This application has to be avoided.
6.3.4. Modularity
All Micro Dispensing Valves are configured modular. Several components can be exchanged
quickly. Therefore repair time and costs are reduced significantly.
