Manual Micro Dispensing Systems MDS 3010A-FA and MDS 3020A-FA
VTK-VS-BA-002 Revision B 16
4.4. Notice for the Adjust and the performing of the First Drop
The LED in the window “first
drop” is still on, after a
successful calibration of the
first drop has been done.
The Needle Lift set in the menu
“Pulse Parameters” is more than
the maximum value of the True
Needle Lift.
You have to set the
Needle Lift to the value
of the TNL max or
lower.
After the calibration of the
stroke of the tappet the
display shows the message:
MAX NEEDLE LIFT XX%.
The maximum stroke measured by
sensor is under the standard
tolerance value.
For the optimal
dispense result the
valve has to be rebuild
at VERMES
Microdispensing.
The LED in the window
“adjust” is suddenly red while
doing the first drop process.
The position of the tappet is
unstable after the indication of the
1000 shots.
A non-professional mounting or
fixation or abrasion of the tappet is
a possible reason.
You have to clean the
nozzle insert, the
tappet and the tappet
guidance and then
repeat the procedure.
