15.8.2 MOVEMENT LENGTH
In order to make the loop widening movement as broad as possible, the position of the cam with respect to the transverse shaft
determines the lever arm and therefore the total movement of the loop-widening unit. Always position the cam fixture screws as
illustrated below and then move the cam to the left or right. There should be a gap of 6 mm between the left-hand side of the cam
and the transverse shaft.
Also check that there is no play between the cam and the left-hand trimmer. Tighten well in order to prevent malfunctions and oil
leakage from the cam seals.
