To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.
3. Disconnect two connectors from the blower motor.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.
Lower Double Oven
The Blower Motor for the lower double oven is located
on the back of the oven cavity. It is used to reduce air
temperature between the oven cavities.
1. Completely remove the oven from the installation
(see Complete Oven Removal).
2. Remove screws from the back of the oven that hold
on the back panel.
3. Remove screws from the blower motor mounting
bracket.
4. Disconnect two connectors from the blower motor.
5. Remove three screws that attach the blower motor to
the mounting bracket.
6. Reverse procedure for installation.
