Disposal
Electronic products are raw material and do not belong in the household waste. At the
end of its service life, dispose of the product at the collection point of your community
according to the relevant statutory regulations. It is prohibited to dispose of the device
in the household waste.
Disposal of Flat Batteries.
As a consumer you are required (Battery Ordinance)to responsibly dispose of all used batteries and
rechargeable batteries; it is forbidden to throw them away with the normal household waste!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries that include hazardous substances are labelled with
these icons to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The icons for the
respective heavy metal are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You can return
used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the official collection points of
your community, in our stores, or wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thus fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to the protec-
tion of the environment!
