What to do if alarm won’t clear on Watlow Control Unit?

If your Watlow Control Unit's alarm won’t clear or reset, try the following: Reset the alarm when the process is within the specified range or disable latching. Ensure the output is set to the correct alarm source instance and the alarm source is set to the correct input instance. Correct any sensor input issues that are causing it to be out of the alarm range. Also, verify the alarm set point is at the correct trip point and that the alarm is set to the correct type (process, deviation, or power). Finally, check the digital input function and source instance.
