Other ASCII characters used by the protocol
The connection between the network participants is performed through a
pair of wires. The signal levels are according to the EIA RS-485 STANDARD
with differential receivers and transmitters. You must use the serial
communication module KCS-CFW-08 (refer to section 8.9) connected to
the external module MIW-02 (refer to section 8.13 and/or to MIW-02 User
Manual Cod. 0899.4435).
When the master is fitted only with a RS-232 serial interface, you must
apply a level conversion module from RS-232 to RS-485.
