CONVEYOR SERVICE CONTROL STATION
CONVEYOR SERVICE CONTROL STATION - LOCATION AND FEATURES
The conveyor service control station is provided for ease of
cleanout for the operator. The station is conveniently located on
the right rear fender near the conveyor to allow for easy
movement of the conveyor while washing down the machine.
The conveyor service control station is a flip up panel that is
lockable to deter vandalism.
CONVEYOR SERVICE CONTROL STATION - CONTROLS
1.Conveyor Raise/Lower Switch- Raises and lowers the
conveyor assembly. Move up to raise the conveyor and down to
lower the conveyor.
2.Conveyor Swing Switch- Swings the conveyor assembly left or
right. Move the switch up to swing the conveyor to the right and
down to swing the conveyor to the left.
3. Conveyor Cleanout Door Switch- Opens and closes lower
elevator cleanout door. Move switch up to close door and down
to open door.
4. Conveyor Switch- Momentary switch for turning the chain in forward and reverse. Move switch up for forward
and down for reverse.
5. Remix Hopper Switch(Optional) - Allows operator to turn on the remix hopper independent of the elevator. Move
switch up to turn the hopper in the forward direction and down to move it in reverse direction.
6.Wash Down Pump- Turns on the electric wash down pump. Move switch up to turn on and down to shut off.
IMPORTANT: Turn of switch for wash down pump when finished using. Motor or pump damage may result from
prolonged periods of running.
7.Stop Switch- Push Stop switch to shut down engine, switch must be pulled out to run the engine.
WARNING: When using the conveyor station controls, insure machine is stopped and park brake
is engaged. Serious injury may result.
