SECTION 3 - MAINTENANCE
GENERAL INFORMATION
WARNING: BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE ON THE MACHINE,FOLLOW THE
MACHINE SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE.
WARNING: ATTACH A “DO NOT OPERATE” OR SIMILAR WARNING TAG TO THE KEYSWITCH OR
CONTROLS BEFORE SERVICING OR REPAIRING THE MACHINE.
The maintenance sections of this Operator’s Manual contain maintenance instructions for the machine. Do not
attempt any maintenance procedure that is not fully understood, or that cannot be safely and accurately performed
with the avaliable tools and equipment.
• Refer to the Engine Operation Manual supplied with the machine for information on maintaining the engine.
• If a problem is encountered that is not understood or cannot be solved, contact your authorized WEILER dealer.
• If removing a shield is necessary to perform maintenance, return it to its operating position before operating the
machine.
Perform all maintenance, unless otherwise specified, as follows:
• Park the machine on level ground.
• Move the ground drive and conveyor drive to OFF.
• Stop the engine.
• Turn the keyswitch to OFF and remove the key.
• Turn the disconnect switch key to OFF and remove the key.
