DUMP HOPPER CONTROL STATION
DUMP HOPPER CONTROL STATION - LOCATION AND FEATURES
The dump hopper control stations are provided at the rear of the
dump hopper on the left and right hand side of the machine. Both
stations are provided to allow a truck dump operator to dump
trucks away from the lane of traffic.
The dump hopper control stations are equipped with a light for
night time use and a lockable vandal cover (1) to deter
vanadalism.
DUMP HOPPER CONTROL STATION-CONTROLS
1. Elevator Raise/Lower Switch- Raises and lowers the elevator
assembly. Move up to raise the elevator and down to lower the
elevator.
2. Hopper Baffle Switch- Opens and closes the hopper baffle to
meter the flow of material into the elevator. Move switch up to
open the baffle and down to close it.
3. Hopper Dump Switch- Raises hopper to dump material into the
chain and augers. Move switch up to dump the hopper and down
to lower the hopper.
4. Hopper Vibrator Switch- Turns on the vibrator to loosen material built up on the dump hopper. Move and hold
switch up to turn on the vibrator.
5. Push Roller Adjustment Switch- Extends and retracts push roller to compensate for differences in haul vehicles.
Move switch up to extend push roller and down to retract.
6. Truck Hitch(Optional)- Latches and unlatches truck hitch mechanism. Move switch up to latch and down to
unlatch.
7. Elevator Switch- Momentary switch for turning the chain in forward and reverse. Move switch up for forward and
down for reverse.
8. Elevator Cleanout Door Switch- Opens and closes lower elevator cleanout door. Move switch up to close door and
down to open door.
IMPORTANT: Do not lower elevator with elevator clean out door open. Machine damage may result.
9. Horn- Press orange horn button to sound the horn.
10. Stop Switch- Push Stop switch to shut down engine, switch must be pulled out to run the engine.
