General Information

OPERATOR STATION - CONVEYOR(PAVER LOADING) CONTROLS
1. Conveyor Switch-Turns on the conveyor pump, causing the
drag slat chain to turn in the forward direction. Moving the
switch up turn on the conveyor.
2. Conveyor Raise/Lower Switch- Raises and lowers the
conveyor assembly. Move up to raise the conveyor and down to
lower the conveyor.
3. Conveyor Swing Switch- Swings the conveyor assembly left
or right. Move the switch up to swing the conveyor to the right
and down to swing the conveyor to the left.
OPERATOR STATION - REMIX HOPPER CONTROLS(OPTION)
1. Remix Hopper Switch- Allows operator to turn on the remix
hopper independent of the elevator. Move switch up to turn the
hopper in the forward direction and down to move it in reverse
direction.
OPERATOR STATION - ACCESSORY CONTROLS
1. Dash Lights Switch- Turns on lights on main operator controls,
gauges, and the dump hopper control boxes.
2. Head Lights Switch- Turns on the forward facing head lamps
for transport of the vehicle in the dark.
3. Hopper Lights Switch- Turns on the forward facing lights
shining into the dump hopper.
4. Work Lights Switch- Turns on the work lights mounted near
the rear of the frame and the optional conveyor lights pointing
into the paver hopper.
5. Rotationg Beacon Switch(Optional)- Turns on the amber rotating beacon on the operators platform.
6. Generator Switch(Optional)- Turn on the hydraulic powered generator.
IMPORTANT: Engine RPM must be above 1400 RPM with generator engaged or generator or electrical
equipment damage may result.
