OPERATOR STATION - ELEVATOR(TRUCK UNLOADING) CONTROLS
1.Elevator Switch- Turns on the elevator pump, causing the drag
slat chain to turn in the forward direction. Move the switch up for
on, down for off.
With the optional remix hopper this switch will turn on the remix
hopper as well.
2. Elevator Speed Dial (Potentiometer)- Used to control electrical
current to the elevator pump displacement control, which
increases or decreases the speed of the elevator drag slat chain.
Turning the dial clockwise increases the elevator speed and
turning the dial counter-clockwise decreases the speed.
3. Maximum Speed Button- Used to momentarily override the elevator speed dial. Pressing the orange button causes
the elevator drag slat chain to move at maximum speed.
4. Elevator Raise/Lower Switch- Raises and lowers the elevator
assembly. Move up to raise the elevator and down to lower the
elevator.
5. Hopper Baffle Switch- Opens and closes the hopper baffle to
meter the flow of material into the elevator. Move switch up to
open the baffle and down to close it.
6. Hopper Dump Switch- Raises hopper to dump material into the
chain and augers. Move switch up to dump the hopper and down
to lower the hopper.
7. Hopper Vibrator Switch- Turns on the vibrator to loosen material built up on the dump hopper. Move and hold
switch up to turn on the vibrator.
8. Push Roller Adjustment Switch- Extends and retracts push roller to compensate for differences in haul vehicles.
Move switch up to extend push roller and down to retract.
9. Truck Hitch(Optional)- Latches and unlatches truck hitch mechanism. Move switch up to latch and down to
unlatch.
10. Elevator Reverse Switch- Momentary switch that turns the
elevator chain in reverse in the event of a plug or stall. Move
switch up to turn chain in the reverse direction.
