Solution:
Use the Opticard.
Problem:
An error message, “Scanned too fast”
appears on the display.
Solution:
Scan more slowly.
Problem:
An error message, “Excessive lighting”
appears on the display.
Solution:
Move the Pen away from the strong light
source (such as sun, lamp, etc.) shining
directly on the tip.
