13 For the good of the environment
13�1 Disposal of packaging
The packaging materials have been selected with environmental compatibility and disposal
in mind and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
Recycling the packaging saves raw materials and reduces waste.
13�2 Disposal of your old bike
All bikes often contain many valuable materials. They also contain certain substances, mix-
tures and components that were necessary for their function and safety. If not disposed of
properly, they can be harmful to human health and the environment. For this reason, do not
dispose of your child's old bike with your domestic waste.
Instead, return it to your local recycling collection point or take it to the retailer.
14 Warranty
All woom frames and components are guaranteed for 24 months from the day of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on components and damage resulting
from crashes and incorrect use. Please keep hold of your receipt. You will need it when
making a claim under the warranty. The warranty is valid worldwide. Legal warranty rights
remain unaected. Please send us a photo of the defect. We will help you quickly and with
no hassle at all.
If you have bought your woom bike from one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
The retailer will take care of the rest.
