3.1 Scope of delivery

3.2 Power supply
The Multi 9420 is supplied with power in the following ways:
 Mains operation with the supplied power pack
 Operation of the system clock with a buffer battery if there is no mains power
supply (see section 12.1.2 E
XCHANGING THE BATTERY, page 111).
3.3 Initial commissioning
Perform the following activities:
 Connect the power pack

 Switch on the meter

WITCHING ON THE METER, page 19)
 Set the date and time
