for assistance you will be asked to supply
your machine serial number.
The serial number can be located from the
touch screen as follows:
1. Select the Machine Status button on
the Control Panel.

2. The machine serial number is
displayed.
You can also Open the front doors of the
machine to locate the serial number plate
on the frame.
