Group Send Setup FP5
This setting supports Group Send (broadcast) Fax transmissions to up to 20 address numbers in a pre-
designated group. Refer to the Group Send topic in the Device’s User Guide for full information. To set
up a Group, perform the following steps.
1. Press the Log In / Out button to enter System Administration Mode.
2. On the keypad enter [11111] or current password. Touch Confirm when finished.
3. Touch System Settings.
4. Touch Setup Menu.
5. Touch Group Send.
6. Select a Group number.
7. Touch Create/Delete.
8. Use the numeric keypad to enter the three-digit Address Numbers of recipients contained in the
machine’s Address Book.
Note: Refer to the Address Book Setup topic in this section to learn how to set up address numbers
so that they are available for selection here.
9. Touch Add to this Group to add recipients, one number at a time, to the group.
10. When complete, touch Save.
11. Touch Close until the System Settings screen (with an Exit button) is displayed.
12. Touch Exit to exit the System Settings screen.
