Quality
You can choose between three levels of image quality using the Quality drop-down menu. ++ corresponds to
the highest image quality. This mode also involves the largest amount of data transfer per image. The default
setting is +.
The Camera and Quality drop-down menus are only available in Mainscreen, Quadscreen and Handheld
viewing modes.
Logout
The Logout button is only available if at least one user has been defined in the transmitter. Clicking the Logout
button logs the current user off the transmitter. The Login screen then opens.
Automatic Disconnect
In addition to being able to activate the Web Server function, you can also configure additionally an Automatic
disconnect time for web-browser connections, refer to "Activation of the Web Server and Web API" on page
52. After the specified time, the disconnection is indicated by this message. Click Reconnect to re-establish
a connection to the selected transmitter.
11.3 Web API
The Web API describes a programming interface (Application Programming Interface) and is an extension of
the device-internal Web interface for http based integration in third-party applications.
Activation of the Web API
The Web API option can only be activated if the Web Server has been activated beforehand.
Activating the Web API option enables access to the device-internal Web interface. This goes beyond the
functional scope of the Web Server, refer to "Activation of the Web Server and Web API" on page 52.
The port configuration of the Web Server also applies to the Web API.
Note: Ensure that you activate the Web API if you want to access the relevant video system using the
HeiTel software CamControl Android, CamControl iPhone, CamControl MV and/or CamControl
WM.
