13 Factory Settings
This chapter provides an overview of the ipVG factory settings. For security reasons and to make
programming easier for you, ipVG factory settings were set to immediate recording with all connected
cameras. Refer to the following section "Continuous recording" for recording criteria.
It is strongly advised to check ipVG recording and all settings and to configure these according to application
specific requirements. You can always revert to factory settings with a device reset ("Device Reset" on
page25).
