Repair
Replacing Charge Air Pressure
Sensor
1. Disconnect battery negative (-) cable.

2. Disconnect electrical connector
(Figure 12-25, (1)).
3. Pull sensor out of charge air pipe.
Figure 12-26
4. Install new sealing ring (Figure 12-26, (1))
before installing sensor (Figure 12-26, (2)).
5. Install sensor and connect electrical connector.
6. Check and delete any trouble codes that are
registered in the ECU after the work has been
completed.
Replacing Charge Air Temperature
Sensor
1. Disconnect battery negative (-) cable.

2. Disconnect electrical connector
(Figure 12-27, (1)).
3. Remove sensor from charge air pipe.
4. Replace sealing ring before installing sensor.
5. Install sensor and tighten to 7 N·m (62 in.-lb.
Connect electrical connector.
6. Check and delete any trouble codes that are
registered in the ECU after the work has been
completed. See After Troubleshooting or Repair
on page 13-13.
