What to do if YASKAWA Controller shows Option Fault (CN5-B) when DI-A3 option is connected?
- RRichard LewisSep 22, 2025
If the YASKAWA Controller shows 'Option Fault (CN5-B)' and the DI-A3 option is connected to the CN5-B port while another option is connected to the CN5-A port, it indicates that only one of the options (DI-A3, AI-A3, or SI-??) can be connected to the drive at a time. Disconnect the conflicting option.
