Changing the 1.2kg CO cylinder
Non-adjustable regulator
Turn off regulator.

Unscrew regulator connection.
Turn ON regulator valve.
• Test for leaks by brushing
with soapy water and looking
for bubbles.
• Reseal if leaking, or call Zip
for advice and assistance.

Purge, reset and set the CO

life, (see
page 90).
Unstrap.
Replace cylinder and refit regulator.
Strap in place.
Test for leaks in these areas
