4. Tune the guitar
Play the open string that you want to tune, and adjust the pitch.
Turn Parameter knob 2 to select the tuner type.
■ CHROMATIC
Thechromatictunershowsthenearestpitchname(semitone)andhowfar
the sound input is from that pitch.
■ Othertunertypes
Dependingontheselectedtype,theneareststringnameandhowfarthe
sound input is from that pitch is shown. Select from the following tunings.
■ WhensettoCHROMATIC
The name of the nearest note, and the pitch accuracy is shown.
■ Whensettoothertunertypes
The number of the nearest string, and the pitch accuracy is shown. For example,
whentuningthe3rdstring,if4orahighernumberappears,raisethepitch,and
if 2 or a lower number appears, lower the pitch. After the correct number
appears fine tune the string.
