Why I cannot access the Internet on my ZyXEL Communications Gateway?

  First, ensure your ZyXEL Communications Gateway is powered on and properly connected to the network. Then, verify your WAN settings and make sure you've entered the correct username and password. If you are using PPPoE pass through, ensure that bridge mode is enabled.
