More than one rectifier are faulty OR
If Alarm 4 is active
Block 2 alarms Non Urgent Alarm

Alarm if:
One rectifier is faulty OR
AC input is faulty OR
DC voltage is below BL1 (=48,0 V default) OR
Output breaker is active OR
Digital input_3 is active
Block 3 alarms Battery Alarm
Relay 3
Alarm if:
Battery is discharged with more than 5 A OR
Battery breaker is active OR
Battery test not succeeded OR
The battery temperature is "out of range"
