The High and Low range limit values, the engineering units code and the number of digits to the right of the decimal

 CAL_POINT_LO PdP Sensor Calibration point Low value expressed in CAL_UNIT
 CAL_MIN_SPAN
PdP Sensor Calibration minimum Span value expressed in CAL_UNIT. When calibration is done, the two calibrated
points (high and low) must not be too close together.
 CAL_VALUE PdP Process Value after the Calibration. Reference value to be adjusted with the calibration operations
 CAL_UNIT Calibration Unit. Only Pressure Units are allowed
 XD_OPTION
Options which the user may select to alter transducer
behavior.


 SENSOR_TYPE Type of Sensor – 121 = Pressure sensor unknown
 SENSOR_RANGE The High and Low PdP physical sensor limits with the engineering units code (Press Only)
 SENSOR_SERIAL_NUMBER Serial Number of the sensor
 SENSOR_CAL_METHOD
The method of last sensor calibration. ISO defines several standard methods of calibration. This parameter is
intended to record that method, or if some other method was used.
 SENSOR_CAL_LOC The location of last sensor calibration.
 SENSOR_CAL_DATE The date of the last sensor calibration.
 SENSOR_CAL_WHO The name of the person responsible for the last sensor calibration.


MATERIAL
Defines the construction material of the isolating diaphragms.
 SENSOR_FILL_FLUID Defines the type of fill fluid used in the sensor
 SECONDARY_VALUE 
 SECONDARY_VALUE_RANGE The High and Low Sensor Temp Limits with the engineering units code (Temp Only)
Only the Unit is changeable.
The limits/ranges are
automatically converted.
 TERTIARY_VALUE 
 TERTIARY_VALUE_RANGE
The High and Low Static Pressure Sensor Limits with the engineering units code
(Press Only)
