Split the flowcell – see Fig. 8.3.
Clean the inside of the flowcell
and other assemblies using mild detergent.
Rinse thoroughly with de-ionized water.
Inspect the wiper blades for wear or damage.
Replace as necessary – see Fig. 8.4.
Reassemble the flowcell using new seals – see Fig. 8.3.
Refit the emitter and receiver modules using new seals,
ensuring that the module locating pins are seated correctly
in their keyways before tightening the collars.
