DIAGNOSTICS
PROCESSES
The Diagnostic > Processes page displays a list of the processes that are running in the CBXi. If requested
by Technical Support, a screenshot of this page can be useful in diagnosing certain types of problems.
DEBUG LEVEL
If directed by Technical Support, you can change the debug levels to assist in troubleshooting difficult
field problems should the need arise.
SYSTEM LOGS
If directed by Technical Support, a download of the system log may assist in troubleshooting difficult
field problems should the need arise. The Download button will instruct you to save the file to your PC,
from where you can email it to Technical Support.
