Input Registers (Process Values)
The input registers provide the ability to read the scanner process values to a MODBUS
master. These values are read using MODBUS function code 4. MODBUS master cannot
write to these values. The process values use the following MODBUS registers, including
spare registers provided for future expansion.
These registers are 16-bits long. Since all the informations contained in this table is no
longer than 8 bits, information is packed into two values every 1 bits to make the data
transfer faster.
This information can be read by any MODBUS master conveniently configured.
