Start the RMA Test 0

Ensure the AC power adapter is connected to the system throughout the RMA Test
process.

If the FATP Test is required, refer to Start the FATP Test.
1. Update Firmware automatically.: After update firmware, the reboot time will take
30-60 seconds.

2. The system will restart automatically when Update Firmware process is complete and
require to update the device data.
a. Model and SKU: Press Enter if the mode shown astronaut .
b. Enter the Serial Number, and then press
ENTER
to continue to the next step

The serial number is on the system base (Figure 2-87). Please note which letters are
upper case and which letters are lower case when entering the serial number.
