A.1 Trouble Shooting (Before Asking for Repair)
If a problem occurs in this unit, check the table below for the solution before asking for repair.
If the problem persists, contact an ADC CORPORATION sales representative.

No. Problem Possible cause Solution
1 Key operation is disabled. The key lock is set to ON. Set the key lock to OFF by referring 
to 1. In Section “2.1.1”, “Function 
Description.”
2 The display remains 
unchanged.
The HOLD function is enabled. Disable the HOLD function by 
referring to 6. In Section “2.1.1”, 
“Function Description.”
The MAX function is enabled. Disable the MAX function by refer-
ring to 10. In Section “2.1.1”, 
“Function Description.”
3 OL is displayed. Input power is too high. Reduce the input power.
The input value exceeds the maximum 
value set in the specified manual 
range.
Change to the automatic range.
4 Lo is displayed. The input power is too low in the dBm 
mode.
If the manual range is set, change it 
to the automatic range.
5 Err2 is displayed. The sensor is disconnected. Connect the sensor.
6 Err3 is displayed.
Sensor calibration data sum check error
Sensor calibration data read error
An incompatible sensor is connected.
Reconnect the sensor, which is 
compatible, and turn on the power.
