Calibration of this instrument cannot be performed by using the key pad. Perform the calibration by remote
control through the USB. For more information on USB remote commands, refer to calibration items in Sec-
tion 4.6.2, “Remote Control Command List”.
There are two types of calibration: The IV offset calibration and the current measurement calibration. The IV
offset calibration must be complete before performing the current measurement calibration.
