Sampling E Triggers the measurement when the trigger mode
is set to HOLD.

Zero correction ZR Executes the ZERO correction
The execution time is approximately 4 seconds.

ting
WL data Sets the measurement wavelength.
The setting range depends on the connected sen-
sor. Unit nm

Wavelength sensi-
tivity correction
coefficient
WCF? Reads the sensitivity correction coefficient at the
set wavelength.
Reply: d.ddd (5 characters)
Calibration wave-
length selection
WLC0 Sets the calibration wavelength to the point [0].
WLC1 Sets the calibration wavelength to the point [1].
WLC2 Sets the calibration wavelength to the point [2].
Points [1] and [2] are options.
WLC? Query reply : WLC0 to WLC2
Calibration wave-
length reading
WLCF? Reads a wavelength and a calibration sensitivity
correction coefficient at the set calibration wave-
length point.
Reply: WLCFn,wwww,c.ccc
n: Calibration wavelength point (1 character)
wwww: Wavelength (4 characters)
c.ccc: Calibration sensitivity correction coeffi-
cient (5 characters)
