The instrument enters the current measurement mode. 
3. Remove the sensor, and then connect this instrument and the current generator
(hereafter called VIG) through the TRIAX-12pin conversion adapter A as shown
in Figure 6-1.
4. Open the input and measure ZERO in all ranges. Use the [UP] and [DOWN]
keys to select ranges. Ensure that the accuracy of ZERO is within the accuracy
shown in Table 6-3. (for the 823x series path)
5. Connect the VIG to the input and apply the value shown in Table 6-3 from the
VIG to the instrument and measure FULL in all ranges. Ensure that the accuracy
of FULL is within the accuracy shown in Table 6-3. (for the 823x series path)
6. Replace the TRIAX-12pin conversion adapter A with the TRIAX-12pin conver-
sion adapter B.
7. Open the input and measure ZERO in all ranges. Use the [UP] and [DOWN]
keys to select ranges. Ensure that the accuracy of ZERO is within the accuracy
shown in Table 6-3. (for the 821x series path)
8. Connect the VIG to the input and apply the value shown in Table 6-3 from the
VIG to the instrument and measure FULL in all ranges. Ensure that the accuracy
of FULL is within the accuracy shown in Table 6-3. (for the 821x series path)
CAUTION: If the case or cables are touched or moved in the 20 nA or 200 nA
range, the measured value may become unstable. Perform the mea-
surement when the value becomes stable.
