821x series: 82014A/82017A (82015/Q82018A *1)
Wavelength sensitivity correction Automatically corrects the sensor wavelength sensitivity by setting
wavelength (in 1 nm steps)
For the 823x series optical sensor, each value stored in the sensor is used
as the wavelength sensitivity correction value.
(Sensor-specific data for the 82311/82311B option 20 and 82321/
82321B option 20, or the typical values for the 82311/82311B and
82321/82321B standard models are stored.)
For the 821x series optical sensor, the typical value stored in the optical
power meter is used. *2
Wavelength preset function Four wavelengths where wavelength sensitivity correction is performed
can be registered. (This function can be used only from the operation
panel.)
Smoothing function Moving average from 2 to 100 times
Offset zero Stores the sensor offset in memory and automatically corrects it.
