• Slowly push the turntable forward and twist slightly until it aligns and drops down over
the mating drive spindle (Figure 1.9). Use care not to strike the probe assembly.

• While holding the outer edge of the turntable and evaporation cover with one hand, turn
the knurled turntable locking screw (Figure 1.10) fully clockwise to lock the turntable onto
the drive spindle. Make sure it is secure, but do not over-tighten.
