Step 6. Windows Setup Wizard
This step requires several minutes to prepare Windows XP using the Windows
XP Setup Wizard. During the following steps, you will be instructed to “click”
with the pointing device. You can use a mouse (if you connected it) or you can
touch the screen with your finger.
CAUTION Before switching on this instrument, make sure the supply voltage is in the specified range.
CAUTION Avoid touching the screen with a sharp object, as this could result in damage to the display.
Instead, use your finger.
1 Press the ON/OFF button, , located at the lower left-hand corner of the
front panel.

2 Wait until the Welcome to the Windows XP Setup Wizard appears as shown in
the following figure.
