A Quick Tour
The Infiniium DCA measures a variety of high speed digital communication
waveforms in any of four instrument modes:
• Eye/Mask Mode for eye diagram analysis and standards testing (for example,
SONET/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet, and Fiber Channel).
• Jitter/Amplitude Analysis Mode. Requires Option 001 Enhanced Trigger and
Option 200. Also requires Option 300, if Amplitude Analysis is desired. Licenses
can be purchased after the initial instrument purchase.
• TDR/TDT Mode for time domain reflectometry measurements
• Oscilloscope Mode (DC to > 70 GHz)
