How to Make SRL Measurements
Interpret the SRL Measurement
Periodically spaced SRL response bumps will cause frequency spikes at a frequency
given by the following formulas:
The bumps may be located near one end of the cable or somewhere in the middle.
Although the bumps from individual defects may be small, fault location
measurements may be useful to determine the location(s) of the cable's defect(s).
