Agilent Lab Advisor Software
The Agilent Lab Advisor Software is a standalone product that can be used with
or without a chromatographic data system. Agilent Lab Advisor helps to manage
the lab for high-quality chromatographic results by providing a detailed system
overview of all connected analytical instruments with instrument status, Early
Maintenance Feedback counters (EMF), instrument configuration information,
and diagnostic tests. By the push of a button, a detailed diagnostic report can be
generated. Upon request, the user can send this report to Agilent for a
significantly improved troubleshooting and repair process.
The Agilent Lab Advisor software is available in two versions:
• Lab Advisor Basic
• Lab Advisor Advanced
Lab Advisor Basic is included with every Agilent 1200 Infinity Series and Agilent
InfinityLab LC Series instrument.
The Lab Advisor Advanced features can be unlocked by purchasing a license key,
and include real-time monitoring of instrument actuals, all various instrument
signals, and state machines. In addition, all diagnostic test results, calibration
results, and acquired signal data can be uploaded to a shared network folder. The
Review Client included in Lab Advisor Advanced allows to load and examine the
uploaded data no matter on which instrument it was generated. This makes Data
Sharing an ideal tool for internal support groups and users who want to track the
instrument history of their analytical systems.
The optional Agilent Maintenance Wizard Add-on provides an easy-to-use,
step-by-step multimedia guide for performing preventive maintenance on Agilent
1200 Infinity and Agilent InfinityLab LC Series instrument.
