This chapter describes the check out of the Agilent 1260 Infinity II
Fluorescence Detector using the Agilent isocratic checkout sample.
Starting Your Detector
1 Turn ON the detector.
2 Turn ON the lamp.
When the lamp is turned on the first time the instrument performs some
internal checks and a calibration check which takes about 5 minutes.
3 You are now ready to change the settings of your detector.
Some features (for example, spectrum acquisition, multi-wavelength detection) described
in this chapter are not available on the G1321C FLD.

This 0.5 mL ampoule contains 0.15 wt.% dimethylphthalate, 0.15 wt.%

methanol.
