9 Maintenance
Exchange the Needle Assembly
WARNING
Sharp needle
Uncovered needles may cause injuries.
➔ Do not change the needle seat at this point.
➔ Do not touch the tip of the needle.
5 Turn or flap the wash port to the left.
6 In Lab Advisor use Next to move the needle in the down
position.
The needle will move slowly downwards and will stop
approximately 2 mm above the seat.
7 Disconnect the sample loop from the needle. 8 Loosen the fixing screw.
