Replace the Cowling, Cover,
and Intake Fitting
Tools required:
❑ Allen wrench
❑ Krytox GPL 224 grease
Locate the following parts:
➀ Cowling
➁ Outboard cover
➂ O-ring, 2-157, included in maintenance kit
➃ M5x22 screws (6)
➄ M5x16 screws (3)
1. Lightly grease the O-ring and insert it into
the groove on the outboard cover.
