Exhaust Port Reassembly
PTS06001UNIV and PTS06003UNIV only
Tools required:
❑ Right angle snap ring pliers
❑ Krytox GPL 224 grease
Locate the following parts:
➀ Spring, large
➁ Plunger guide
➂ Spring, small
➃ Check valve assembly
➄ Exhaust fitting
➅ O-ring, 2-207, included in maintenance kit
➆ Snap ring
PTS06001UNIV and PTS06003UNIV only
1. Place the small spring onto the plunger
guide.
2. Place the check valve onto the plunger
guide.
3. Insert the check valve assembly, check
valve first, into the exhaust port on the
inboard housing.
4. Observe the proper orientation as shown in
photo on the left.
