16 Derating
The maximum possible total output current of the T-Rx 1500 receiver is more than 50 A. As the
internal switch losses in the receiver generates heat the maximum output current can not be used
over the whole specied temperature range.
16.1 Convection cooling
If a T-Rx 1500 receiver is located in free, quasi-stationary air (convection cooling) the maxi-
mum allowed output current must be reduced according to Figure 25.
