18 Auto-provisioning
Configurations and upgrading on A02 access control terminal can be done on the web
interfaceviaone-timeauto-provisioningandscheduledauto-provisioningviaconfiguration
files, thus saving you from setting up configurations needed one by one manually on the
access control terminal.
18.1
Provisioning Principle
Auto-provisioning is a feature used to configure or upgrade devices in batch via third-party
servers. DHCP, PNP, TFTP, FTP, and HTTPS are the protocols used by the Akuvox
intercom devices to access the URL of the address of the third-party server which stores
configuration files and firmware, which will then be used to update the firmware and the
corresponding parameters on the access control terminal.
