You are in communication with the first caller and the second is on hold. You can switch between
the two calls.

3.12 Transferring a call
You want to transfer the call to another contact. You are in conversation with one contact.
• The first call is put on hold.
• Use one of the following:
o Dial the number to call.
o Call your contact using your personal directory (Contacts).
o Call your contact using the company directory (Central directory).
You can transfer the call immediately or wait for your contact to answer before transferring the
call.

3.13 Three-way conference with internal and/or external contacts
(conference)
You are in communication with the first caller and the second is on hold.
• You are in conference with two contacts.
End the conference with all participants.
• The conference has ended.
