3.16 Sending DTMF signals
During a conversation you sometimes have to send DTMF signals, such as with a voice server, an
automated attendant or a remotely consulted answering machine.
• Enter DTMF code.
3.17 Locking your telephone
This feature locks the keypad.
Long press.
Unlock your terminal:
Long press.
Depending on your configuration, a password may be requested (see below).
3.17.1 Automatic keylock
The keypad is locked automatically after a timeout.
• Access MENU.
• Settings
• Security
• Automat. keylock
• Deactivate or activate the automatic keylock by setting the duration after which the
keypad is locked: Off, 15s, 30s, 45s, 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min
• Enter a timeout to trigger the automatic keylock.
3.17.2 Change the PIN Code
• Access MENU.
• Settings
• Security
• Change PIN
• Enter the current PIN code.
• Enter the new PIN code.
